Horseradish & Roasted Garlic Sauce

Shelly’s own horseradish & roasted garlic sauce:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 5 cloves roasted garlic mashed
  • 2 T horseradish (or 4 T if using fresh)
  • 1 t white vinegar
  • 1/2 t whole grain mustard
  • Kosher salt & fresh ground pepper to taste

In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients well; we like to serve this in a wide mouth canning jar which also is convenient for storing… if there’s any left!
