Aspen Ridge Natural Angus Beef:

This the best tasting beef we have found. We feature well-marbled prime grade Aspen Angus cuts that are hand selected, custom aged and cut to order.
Aspen cattle first graze on family farms, then are moved a short distance (only transported within a 50 mile radius) to spacious feedlots where they are fed a specially formulated vegetarian diet, including natural grasses and hay.
Aspen Ridge Cattle are never ever given antibiotics or hormones and ranchers follow strict protocol in animal care and husbandry (creating a comfortable, more natural and low stress environment) to preserve their Certified Humanely Raised classification.
It never fails; when you do the right thing, you get the best results. In this case, compassionate, high quality animal care results in better tasting beef.

Jidori Chicken:

Jidori means chicken of the earth. When Asian-fusion culinary pioneers were looking for chicken as fresh and great tasting as the fine sushi they were serving, Jidori chicken was developed for them, and now we offer it to you. Jidori chickens are free-range and humanely raised on sustainable small farms in California. They are fed a purely vegetarian diet of natural grains with no meat by-products, and they are never given hormones, antibiotics or steroids.
Jidori chickens are processed by a small, family-owned and run operation in Los Angeles. They are a USDA inspected facility that processes each chicken by hand. Chickens are delivered to distributors immediately after processing making it the freshest chicken there is. The benefits of this freshness can be tasted in the creamy yet firm texture and natural chicken flavor.

Superior Farms Lamb:

Superior Farms has a long-standing commitment to the well-being and proper handling of the flock. Lambs are set to pasture across vast grasslands and sustained by the natural vegetation, as they have been for centuries. Ranchers typically rotate the flock so the fields easily replenish the natural nutrients in the soil that the lambs need to thrive.
Lamb is best when raised the Superior way, naturally, kindly and sustainably. This level of care and quality consciousness taken when raising livestock is evident in the fine flavor and texture of Superior Lamb – we think it stands high above all others – we hope you agree.

Strauss Grass Fed Cattle

Born and raised in the USA by family farmers, they are 100% grass fed and grass finished, raised on open pastures (never in feedlots) and never administered antibiotics or growth hormones.
The American family farmers and ranchers that raise Strauss grass fed cattle are passionate about the grass they grow, the land they preserve and the cattle they raise. They produce well-marbled, authentic heritage-bred, grass fed and finished beef with no antibiotics or hormones of any kind.
Pasture raising and an all-grass diet takes patience and care – it is as nature intended, good for the cattle, the earth, and you.
Yes, the flavor profile is different from the grass started/grain finished Aspen beef we feature but we think you will agree when you see and taste this beef that it is supremely delicate and tender, and still as flavorful as any beef we have.
